Patrik Bernhard
Patrik's main areas of expertise are risk management, financial reporting, accounting for financial instruments and governance & internal control. Patrik works both as a project manager and a specialist, often in combination. He has carried out a number of projects related to hedge accounting in accordance with IFRS, requirements specification, procurement and implementation of portfolio/treasury systems and risk management within the energy sector.

Jenny Boström
Jenny has extensive experience in leading large projects and programmes. Among her delivered assignments are regulatory projects such as Basel II and MiFID, as well as data warehouse projects aimed at collecting business-critical information and delivering it to regulatory reporting functions within the organisation.

Peder Carlsson
Peder has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector and is a specialist in accounting and capital adequacy. He possesses deep expertise in regulations, classification, and valuation of financial instruments, as well as hedge accounting. Peder also has experience in transfer pricing.

Ulrica Collin
Ulrica has broad knowledge from private equity, trading systems and banking. She works as a project manager in business and process development, often in connection with IT system solutions or outsourcing solutions. Ulrica's role is to support the business during the pre-study, requirement specification, and implementation phases. She often acts as a link between the business and IT and has worked on complex and challenging projects.
Anna-Karin Dahlberg
Responsible for finance and administration at Omeo. Anna-Karin has extensive experience in financial work, including as an accounting consultant and finance manager.
Jelena Ekengren
Jelena is an experienced change leader and has led both strategic and tactical initiatives in complex organisations. She has practical experience of change initiatives at both management and group levels and is accustomed to navigating between interdependent functions such as sales, product, IT and support functions. Jelena has a methodical and structured approach but is always pragmatic in how she drives her assignments. Jelena has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and has previously worked at, among others, SEB and Swedbank.
Josefine Eriksson
Josefine has experience in project management, requirements management and systems administration. With experience in change projects, focusing on IT within banking and finance, Josefine often takes on the role of project manager or requirements analyst. With her background as a civil engineer, her knowledge spans both business operations and IT, which often positions her as a bridge between the two, as well as supporting dialogue with other internal and external parties.
Magnus Hagberg
Magnus has extensive experience in business development within the financial sector across various types of businesses, functions and processes. Magnus has a good understanding of the financial market and financial instruments from both a business and a technical and regulatory perspective. Magnus often takes on roles as a project manager in combination with business analysis and architecture roles and also has good knowledge of agile working methods.
Helena Hahne
Helena has a background in investment firms and banking. Over the years, she has accumulated good knowledge in banking, finance and insurance operations. Helena often works as a business consultant in projects where IT development plays a significant role. She typically holds roles as a requirements leader, scrum master and project manager and she finds it easy to see both the big picture and the details. She is meticulous, well-organised, and quick to grasp new areas.
Marie Hedman
Marie is the CEO of Omeo. She has extensive experience as a consultant in the financial sector, where she works in the role of project or change leader. She often participates in initiatives aimed at a strategic shift, including digitalisation and efficiency improvements in finance and other business support functions. Marie has also held positions in line roles, such as interim CFO and business controller.
Stefan Holm
Stefan has experience in change and project management within the finance function and also from a large sales organisation. He likes to push through long-term change within the framework of the CFO agenda and has a business-oriented perspective and approach, regardless of role or assignment. For example, Stefan has run projects for the introduction of new profitability monitoring together with the business, but also has experience in leading sales campaigns for 200+ employees. Stefan also works with business development and sales at Omeo.
Stefan Hugosson
Stefan works extensively in the areas of risk, governance and business development. He is an experienced project manager and also works as a consultant in internal governance and control, processes and regulatory compliance. Examples of completed assignments include the development and implementation of policies and instructions, as well as the review and development of finance functions.
Viggo Hådding
Viggo has a deep and broad understanding of how a treasury can be operated and developed, as well as how it interacts with other parts of the business. Viggo works both as a specialist and project manager and based on his experience, he is a solid support for both treasury and finance departments, for example in the establishment or restructuring of the business, development of financial policies, liquidity management and optimisation of working capital, as well as mapping and optimisation of processes.
Lucas Jansson
Lucas is a value-focused lean-agile change leader who is passionate about helping companies and their employees achieve their goals. With his extensive background in banking and insurance as a program and project manager, he understands the challenges that arise when a company decides to shift from traditional development to a lean-agile development methodology. Lucas is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and has experience supporting multiple clients in their lean-agile transformation. In his role as SPC, Lucas is also well-versed in leading certification-based training within SAFe.
Lena Krüger
Lena primarily works with business and process development. She has implemented several projects focused on risk management and internal control. Lena also has deep knowledge in accounting and financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements. Her roles vary between project manager and specialist. She has also held several interim positions as accounting manager and group accounting manager, as well as outsourcing assignments as internal auditor.
Elin Lager
Elin specializes in sustainability, regulatory implementation, and strategic reporting, with experience from the banking sector. She is skilled at leading cross-functional initiatives, driving change, and fostering engagement around sustainability issues at all levels of an organization. Elin has extensive experience in interpreting regulations and translating them into practical applications within operations. As a person, Elin is proactive, communicative, and possesses a strategic and analytical mindset. She thrives in dynamic environments where she can combine structure with problem-solving and relationship-building.
Ulrika Lingegård
Ulrika is a versatile and experienced consultant with a deep understanding of Treasury and a strong focus on Cash Management. With over 12 years of experience in both the banking and corporate sectors, she has successfully led and implemented complex projects for large organizations in the financial and media industries. Her combination of specialist knowledge and project management skills enables the delivery of customized solutions that enhance both efficiency and internal governance.
Charlotta Mankert
Charlotta is an experienced risk specialist with strong leadership qualities, specializing in market and liquidity risk. She holds a PhD in Industrial Economics and Organization from KTH and has extensive experience in both the financial sector and regulatory environments. Charlotta has held senior advisory roles and led risk management units, demonstrating her capability at both strategic and operational levels. With her strong leadership, analytical, and pedagogical skills, Charlotta is well-equipped to help organizations navigate the complex risk landscape. Charlotta has previously worked at Handelsbanken and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Ulrika Nilsson
Ulrika is a consultant with deep expertise in finance, treasury and risk management. Ulrika has undertaken a large number of assignments focusing on business development aimed at efficiency, improvement and good internal governance and control. Ulrika is an experienced leader but also acts in the role of specialist and advisor in the areas of Treasury and risk management.
Marija Pecotić
Marija is an experienced project manager with strong expertise in financial due diligence. She most recently comes from EY, where she has led larger projects primarily in financial due diligence but has also been involved in audit assignments and various M&A projects. Marija has a structured and goal-oriented working style with an eye for detail. She has previously been a team leader and had a coaching role in various projects. She has over ten years of experience working as a consultant at an international level.
Jens Pickert
Jens has extensive experience in the financial sector and has solid experience in risk assessment, risk analysis and credit risk. Jens has undertaken several projects in data analysis and data management. In addition, he is also an experienced and certified fraud investigator (CFE), which means he has deep expertise in fraud prevention and fraud risk assessment.
Anders Redtzer
Anders' focus area is to drive change projects with a high IT component within the financial industry. Anders' role in projects is often to act as a project manager or to support the business in the development of system support for various business areas. With extensive operational knowledge combined with a background as a system developer, Anders is a strong support in the requirements dialogue with internal and external IT suppliers.

Charlotte has extensive expertise in financial instruments/hedge accounting and has extensive experience in Private Equity. She has solid experience in the financial sector in finance, accounting and treasury.
Anneli Spångvall Jonsson
Anneli is a project manager and requirements analyst, with experience from both the private sector and public sector. She has extensive experience focusing on compliance work. She has both led investigations and implemented rules and procedures within operations in the banking and finance sector.
Johan Ståhlbom
Johan is a senior consultant with extensive experience in leading and developing solutions in Business Intelligence for banking, finance and insurance. In recent years, Johan has been involved in building a larger BI department and has acted in various roles such as architect, business analyst and team lead.
Linn Sällström
Linn has over 10 years of experience from the financial sector. She has mainly worked in the banking industry and most recently in one of Sweden's major banks, where she worked on major regulatory projects at a global level. The focus has been on the securities market and the regulations surrounding these. Linn has strong skills in project management and implementation of strategies for regulatory reporting and IT development. Linn is used to having a leading role in projects and has previously worked as a team manager. She has great drive and a structured way of working.
Gustaf Toll
Gustaf has experience in the financial sector with a focus on risk and finance functions. He operates both as a specialist and project manager. Gustaf has participated in several projects – primarily concerning accounting and regulatory issues and adjustments. Through a combination of expertise and the ability to understand client-specific conditions, Gustaf delivers adequate and sustainable solutions.
Katarina Utterström
Katarina's focus is primarily within the areas of risk management, financial reporting, treasury and governance and internal control. She has deep knowledge of financial instruments, including valuation and accounting. Katarina works both as a project manager and a specialist, often in combination. Many of her projects involve the business's requirements for various financial systems and the implementation of these requirements in a system environment.
Mats Wannfors
Mats' focus lies in treasury, asset management and risk management. He has deep knowledge of processes and systems for managing securities within the front, middle and back office, especially regarding interest rate instruments and all types of derivatives. Mats often takes on the role of project manager or specialist in projects related to process development and system implementation.
Åsa Wickell
Åsa's focus is business and process development, including risk management and financial governance. Åsa alternates between being a project manager and a specialist and has practical experience from many business systems. She is an experienced project manager who has carried out a large number of business and change projects, including the development of new organisations. Åsa also works on mapping operational risks and developing control frameworks.
